Sound of Music Stars
Andrews and Plummer Reunite
for TV On Golden Pond April 29.

LOS ANGELES -- Academy Award winner Julie Andrews and Tony Award winner Christopher Plummer will reunite for the first time since the hills were alive with The Sound of Music, in a live television version of Ernest Thompson's play On Golden Pond April 29 on CBS.
Glenne Headley will star alongside Andrews and Plummer in the live event, which will be filmed in front of an audience of celebrities and specially invited guests on Stage 46 at CBS Television City in Los Angeles.

Former "Brady Bunch" Barry Williams
Backs Out of Sound of Music Tour
 

Corbin Bernsen replaces Richard Chamberlain in The Sound of Music.

And now Barry Williams replaces Corbin Bernsen.

Barry Williams will be the new Captain von Trapp.
Barry Williams has starred in various musical theatre productions
including "Victor, Victoria," "The Music Man,"
"The Man of La Mancha," and "Guys and Dolls," to name a few.

The 2000-2001 tour will begin in Toronto in
September and last 30 weeks.
Hitting cities as Pittsburgh, Cincinatti, Louisville,
San Antonio and Milwaukee.
