A spokesperson for the Berkshire Festival told Playbill.com  
that two-time Tony nominee Maxwell,  
currently appearing Off-Broadway in Substitution,  
has been cast in a forthcoming Broadway production and  
is unable to perform in the Albee work,  
which had been scheduled to run Aug. 12-Sept. 6.  

Rather than recast the role, Chamberlain asked that the  
Berkshire Theatre Festival reschedule the production  
so he could appear opposite Maxwell in the future.  
A replacement production and new date for  
Virginia Woolf have not been announced.

"Portrait of a Young Artist", presented
on Sunday, October 2nd as this year's edition of the 
annual Berkshite Theatre Festival benefit evening.

The benefit, which honored BTF Aso O. Tavitian, 
directed by Eric Hill and
appearances and performances by actors 
Jeremy davidson, Maureen O'Flynn, and 
Martin Rabbett, dancer/choreographer Johannes
Weiland, and BTF executive director Kate Maguire.
